How do I book my first appointment?We are happy that you are interested in booking IMpeccABLE Solutions, please give us a call at 256-384-4666, and we will gladly assist you in scheduling cleaning services.

How long does the pre-service walk through take?We know your time is valuable and we hope that you see the value in scheduling the pre-service walk through. Depending on the size of your space, the walk through should last between 20-30 mins. A specific quote for services will be provided following the walk-through.

How much are the cleaning services?At IMpeccABLE Solutions, we price services based on the square footage, condition of service area, and frequency of services to ensure clients receive a fair and accurate price.

Why is a pre-service walk-through encouraged?A walk-through with the cleaner prior to, or at the time of service is encouraged at IMpeccABLE Solutions to ensure that our customers are provided with quality service and that their specific cleaning needs and expectations are met. This allows customers to communicate any specific areas of focus, concerns, or instructions directly to the cleaner. By doing a walkthrough, customers can also ensure that they are satisfied with the initial cleaning before the cleaner leaves the premises. Please note that if a pre-service walk-through isn't performed, we may not be able to offer a re-clean if issues arise later, as we strive to address any concerns or issues during the initial service. We believe that open communication and attention to detail are essential for providing impeccable cleaning solutions for our valued customers.

Having a walk through consultation is how we ensure we offer the best services at the best prices.
Payments Accepted
Payment is due at the time services are completed. We gladly accept cash, credit credit cards, and online payments through our invoicing system.
Cancellation Policy
To properly account for our time, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied for any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service appointment.
Satisfaction Guarantee
A pre-service consultation walk through is preferred before any new service is rendered to ensure proper expectations are set and satisfactory services are rendered.
